Luce is an handy lighting effect plug-in for Photoshop. The volumetric light effects can be created for point or directional Light source. A handy manual is also available for download which explains each function.

    I comment whenever I like a article on a website or I have something to contribute
    to the conversation. It is caused by the fire displayed in the post I looked at.
    And on this post "Photoshop Plug-ins Filter Download Part II". I was actually excited enough
    to drop a comment ;-) I actually do have a few questions for you if you don't mind. Is it only me or does it look like like some of these comments come across like they are written by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing on additional social sites, I would like to follow anything new you have to post. Could you make a list every one of all your community sites like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
